Homesly collects personal information only when you submit it — a valuation or contact request, or a daily-brief subscription. Each submission records your express consent (date, IP, and consent version) as required by PIPEDA and CASL, and the information is used solely to respond to your request or send the email you signed up for. Unsubscribe or withdraw consent anytime.
